Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.
Delivery We deliver across most cities in the UAE quickly and reliably. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation with your tracking details.
Shipping Rates We offer free shipping when you order 2 or more pieces. Add any combination of items to your cart and the free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout!".
International Shipping We currently primarily serve the UAE. If you are located outside the UAE and would like to place an order, please contact us directly on WhatsApp and we will do our best to assist you.
Returns
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or is not what you expected, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a full refund once the item has been returned to us in its original condition.
What We Cannot Accept We are unable to process returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery. Items must be returned with all original tags attached.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 48 hours of receiving your order, provided the piece has not been worn outside.
- If you exchange for an item of the same price — no additional charge applies
- If you exchange for an item at a higher price — only the price difference will be charged
