All prices on our website are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED). We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice. In the unlikely event that an item is mispriced, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and textures may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device settings.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order with Fenity Style, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

We accept all major payment methods available through our secure checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed safely through our trusted payment providers.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase. Delivery is available across most cities in the UAE. Free shipping is offered on all orders over AED 180. While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, Fenity Style is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item has not been worn outside. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that show signs of wear or damage caused after delivery.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a full refund or replacement.

All content on the Fenity Style website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Fenity Style and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Fenity Style shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
